Service Description

These services will go in right after a new home is built and clean, vacuum, and dust all of the surfaces inside the home. This is similar to a residential cleaning, but with lots of drywall dust. Debris removal of all materials and rubbish (provided in early phases also). Cleaning of all walls, moldings, trim, doors, shelving, and all fixtures; wipe down cabinets, drawers, and counter tops. Sweeping, dusting, and vacuuming of all hard and soft surfaces. Detailed floor cleaning, waxing and burnishing; carpet vacuuming and cleaning. Full sanitizing of kitchens and bathrooms, including cleaning of all appliances, fixtures, and switches. High dust removal from exposed ceiling pipes, ventilation, and light fixtures. Cleaning of all windowsills and window frames. Window and glass cleaning including scraping and stickers/glue from glass.
