How much will it cost?
Because every house and workplace are different, we provide free over the phone or in-home consultations. Your investment amount is based on many factors such as the size of your place and other factors. Our standardized method for determining your costs ensures our rates remain consistent. The cost of our first cleaning of your home or office will be estimated in a price range and subsequent cleanings will be completed for a flat rate.
How many people will be cleaning my home?
A team of 2 to 3 individuals will clean your home or office, each tasked with a specific cleaning duty. This allows us to work as quickly and thoroughly as possible.
What should I do with my pets while the house is being cleaned?
We are Pet Friendly we will do our best work when pets are not in the areas of your house that we are cleaning.
Can I reschedule an appointment?
If you need to reschedule an appointment, just call us prior to cleaning day. Cancellations made within 24 hours will be rescheduled at no cost, however those made on the same day or last minute may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Are your cleaning services guaranteed?
We are so confident that our standards will match yours that we can offer guaranteed service. If you feel that we have not met your expectations, just let one of our members or contact a manager and we will return to re-clean the problem area free of charge.
Do I need to provide equipment or cleaning supplies?
No, you do not, our team will arrive at your home or workplace with the necessary equipment and supplies to get the job done right.
What payment methods are accepted?
All major credit cards. Payments are due at the time of service.
Is your staff trustworthy?
Each member of cleaning staff is subject to a rigorous screening process before they are offered a job and request 3 years minimum of experienced in the industry. We take great care to hire the men and women who deserve the trust you place in us while we are in your home.
Do you have any contracts?

Yes, we are Bonded and Insured.
Are you use eco-friendly cleaning supplies?
Yes, we do.
What kind of disinfecting chemicals are you using?
If contacts us, we will send you the MSDS Sheets from all our chemicals.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
Yes, there is a $35.00 cancellation fee, only if you cancelled on the day of the service.

What are your arrival times?
First stop arriving between 9 am-10 am.
Second Stop between 12 pm-1 pm
Third stop between 2 pm - 3 pm
Last stop between 4 pm - 5 pm
Custom hours available upon request.
If I am not home how can you come in?
You can leave your key under a mat or common place that you decide or set up the alarm and give us a code.
